My daughter bought a pair of shoes for my birthday gift about two weeks ago. I tried it for 3 times to make sure it is comfortable but it was not so we went there this Sat to return. To our surprise the manager refused to return it pointing to the receipt that it says it is not returnable if "worn." I insisted to talk to her supervisor so she called someone and finally agreed to give me store credit or exchange with a condition that I have no option to make any change with the new shoes. We were forced to buy another shoes. She also mentioned that our company is in business to make money and not loose money. I do not recall this kind of experience in a long long time about returning anything but may be because we usually buy from stores like Macy's (or L.L.Bean, Amazon, etc) and we have same expectation from other stores too. I do not think I and my family want to shop in any store that refuses to return things after a few times of use if they are not according to our expectations.
