Decent shoes here but it would be nice if the workers actually cared about their job... I understand it's retail and it can get a little boring at times, but I expect to be at least acknowledged when entering a store, it is not difficult. Most of the workers stand behind the counter and stare at you, once I walked passed holding a shoe in my hand I thought maybe they would ask if I needed help but instead they talked to one another in Spanish... this is happened almost every time I passed through the store.
The selection of shoes here is really nice, but the service is so poor. The sales woman convinced us to buy a waterproof spray and said we would get a discount if we got it along with the shoes we were about to get. About an hour later, I decided I didn't want the spray and went back to the store to return it (it was unopened and unused). The same woman who convinced me to buy the spray now said it was non-returnable. She had never told me that when I was buying it in the first place and there was nowhere in the store or in the receipt that said it was nonrefundable. She said my only option was buying jewelry for the same price and giving back the spray in exchange, and that they they would label the spray as "damaged". Looking back at the receipt, she never placed the discount she originally said I would get. When I pointed this out, she didn't even apologize. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, she stated she herself was the manager. Never returning to this store again because of the rude service.
