The store manager Anna is not helpful and very rude. She does not know how to take care customer. Very sad for a great brand with poor customer relation.
Although they didn't have the pair of shoes that I was looking for, I ended up making an online purchase in-store and it was very smooth. Once again, very helpful staff and the shoes were delivered earlier than expected, coming from across the country as well.

This store was great. The staff was very helpful, knowledge, and polite. I walked away with a satisfying purchase.
Clarks continue to be the best brand and quality for the money, in my opinion. In addition, this particular store's great service (my salesperson was Stephanie) have earned 5 starts from me. I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase.
