Great customer service. Called about availability and even though they didn't have it - the rep directed me to the store that did without any issues.
Don't trust this store bunch of liars they say they said they could deliver in 2-5 days it's more like 10 days and when you call for help they say there's nothing they could do call corporate. Also corporate couldn't do anything either
Bought Shoes when i got home I got two right shoes how stupid is that? Called them and didnt here any emphaty whatsoever, wont return.
Worst customer service on Tuesday 3-28-17, I ask for a specific shoe, all the guy did was using his iphone and talk to his fiend and just mumbling things. Everyone else were just chatting to each other, and poking fun of the customers, zero work in there. I don't know who is the manager, but please hire customer services that do their job. There are plenty other people out there who would be willing to work.
