Aldo is horrible I ordered boots in store online. I receive a package a about 4 days later. It is empty and has a packing slip for a lady in NC. So my boots are missing, I called waited on hold 20 minutes to have a associate tell me I can pick them up in New York. First it's 20 degrees outside now you're telling I have to pay $15 for toll and pay for parking. I wanted to do all of that I could of done this from the jump. Then they offer me a promo code for a future discount. Who said I'll be buying shoes from aldo again. Then I asked to speak to a manger yesterday and today miraculously there are no managers available two days in a row. They were very nonchalant about their own error. Horrible customer service I will never ever buy shoes from them again.
Worst experience ever. DO NOT come here. The ladies are very very rude. One of the ladies, very loudly , shouted to a male worker , " If they aren't cute don't help them. The uglies don't buy anything". Worst customer service EVER. They walk right past you, with a very snarky attitude. I do not reccomend coming here for shoes. Go to Macy's or Sears. Not with the struggle. I seriously wish I could give this rate zero stars, not even worth ONE
So i had ordered shoes online which i went to return in the store. The manager of the store was soooo rude...i told her 10 times that i have the shoe box with label,I have the email showing my online order, shipping confirmation, the credit card, but she would not take the return. No store credit. Fine. Must be company policy. But instead of explaining me anything, she kept making a square with her hands telling me there is a label on the shipping bag is what she needs. I dont know what part did she not understand when i kept saying i do not have the receipt! Never wanna go to that store again!
