Switched over at this location and was highly impressed with the service at the store! Teamwork gets these guys through the day. Kevin was able to set up my iPhone 7 no questions asked with everything i needed. I will recommend everyone to go to this store!
Hands down best experience I've ever had coming into one of these stores. The lady who helped me was super helpful and just a pleasant to be around!!!! She transferred all of my info from my old phone into the new one and even gave me amazing discounts! If your looking for a reliable sprint store near wayne, this is it!!!! The absolute worst experience EVER. The quality of service in this store has gone down with the constant changeover in personnel. I will NEVER, EVER patronize them again. I've been a customer for years but today's experience was it.
