AJ and manager Randi are rude and not customer oriented sales staff. Thwy were curt and unhelpful. I wanted to try switching from Mac to Surface4 but with this level of customer service I will not be going through with the purchase or returning to this store.
My windows10 update failed while installing. I was told bring to the store and they will repair at no charge. The rep that assisted me was nice but the manager was advising him to get me to leave my pc and charge me $149. Once your in the store you get a different story. I brought my pc home, called microsoft and the walked me through the repair. Shame on that store!
My man hooked my up last week when my dell laptop screen was acting a fool. So i traded it in since it was under one year warranty still and got me the latest surface laptop. Overall i always go here for my tech needs and they never disappoint. The best time to go is earlier in the day like 2:30 pm the latest especially if you need in store tech support and updates to be fully installed in your laptop. They sell new refurb all accessories and have bundles for days. You will always get your savings at this store location. Staff is friendly and helpful and will listen to your needs and concerns here. They also offer free drinks in store while you wait. Now thats good customer service if you ask me.
