We came into Cheesecake Factory no later than 7:15pm. It is 9:20pm. We were not seated. We were told an hour and a half wait to be seated at most. We waited beyond that time for one table to get up for us to be seated. We asked if they could accommodate us in another way and the manager assured us they could not. Multiple people were seated before us. I overheard the manager tell another person that we told the seater that we were going to go walk around the mall while we waited. My father and mother walked for 15 minutes and then came back. The rest of us stayed waiting. We were a party of 11. We came for my sisters birthday. We asked multiple times if tables could be moved together and were told they could not. A whole night of celebration was wasted on waiting on one group of people to leave. Keep in mind the people we were waiting for finished their food one hour prior to us leaving, we know because we walked past several times. I understand it would be rude to ask a family to leave; however it was not 30 minutes after they finished eating it was an hour, and 30 minutes passed since they payed their bill. I don't understand what was done to go above and beyond for us. First time visiting this place and I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth.
Menu is attractive to all nationalities. Always a wonderful experience dining there. Excellent food and the best cheesecakes. Nice wine, beer, cocktails, drink selection. So much to choose from. You won't be disappointed going here.
Horrible and bad experience. Everything started with waiting time to be called to the table. They buzzed us within 10 minutes of arrival and then made us wait additional 40 minutes because they mixed the order list. Then when we the waiter took the order we waited more than 1 hour for food to arrive. Per management our order was mixed and was never submitted to the chef. When the issue was discovered we still had to wait additional 20 minutes until they sort out their internal mess. We received complimentary 2 sample appetizers but the bill was not discounted for all the trouble or long wait time with the meal. I don't plan to return to this place again because they are very disorganized and didn't recognize their poor planning and we had to pay full price for a poor service. Not good
Delicious as always and the service at this location was spot on! Luisa was our server and she was fast, attentive and polite which only makes your experience all the better! One of the best locations I've been too!
People need to understand there is a wait period especially on those 100 restaurants why complain...
First time eating there and I have no bad comments at all!!! The server Andrew was excellent on point and very aware of everything needed n on time. The servers work well as a team and are very professional.... the food was the best starting from the drinks to appetizers to dessert. My wife n kids enough es it at all times.... great job Cheesecake Factory!!!!!!!!
