First of all, the waitress had no idea what she was doing, she had no knowledge of the beverage we asked a question about certain drink and she could't give us an answer. Then she took our order, we waited approximately 20 minutes for the DRINKS, not to mention about 40 minutes for the appetizer. ON TOP OF THAT she comes back like an hour later and ask "what's the food OK" My sister and I looked at each other and laugh, because the waitress never put our order thru meaning we waited 2 hours and didn't get to eat, and she had the audacity of telling us she will ask for it and put it to go. Luckily we didn't have to pay for the appetizer just the drinks and walked out.

I waited so long for my food came home with a stomachache , then i ordered something to go and paid extra for shrimp i never received it smh. They are under staffed and nobody seems to care horrible
So disappointed, the service was horrible like seriously unacceptable.
The food serving's are very little compared to other TGIF's. Ordered 2 cajun shrimp and chicken pastas, and was literally served a hand full of pasta with 2 shrimps and 2 chickens in it. Not worth the 34 dollars spent on both!
Very very slow. They also do not acknowledge reservations made through the App
Went there just because Ruby Tuesdays closed down.TGIF use to be good. Food quality has gone down. Ordered jack danels burger...came out over cooked and dry. Friend ordered French dip...also over cooked and dry. The manager did comp both of our meals which was nice but i will not be going back again. I would have rather had A fast food burger then go back!
