I’m big fan of chipotle, this specific location is really busy but team is really quick. I used to eat there for long time but since couple months age I feel the portions of their food is much smaller than other chipotle
Great place to eat although this place is really aat lunch time. By the time you get on the line and food your lunch is almost over! What I do is order online to cut the long line. And result was pretty good!
It's the best Chipotle store I have experienced ever. I had a catering order for 20 and it has to be ordered 24h in advance. It was almost 5pm on Thursday and I had to make an order for Friday lunch at 12. I called 3 stores for an exception early pick up and they all refused to do. The only store was very helpful is Willowbrook. The manager Roberto and Gina are the best to deal with. My order was ready for pickup even before 12:00pm. They are very professional and my party was done perfectly. Not to mention the food was very very delicious and fresh made. Thanks to all the staff.
Great food and customer service. Also pretty quick for coming around lunch time.
Staff isnt efficent, instead of focusing on the customer they focused on me wearing shorts and asking why and why im not cold and giggling. They should keep it more professional and focus on making the customers happy. Some may take it as a insult. Horrible.
