Great experience very professional nice staff I had a set and pedicure it was amazing and very reasonable prices comparing to other places. Some customers give them a bad review because they want to abuse the policies and the owner didn't accept. Shame on them for jeopardizing someone's business reputation because they didn't give in ( this scenario happened in front of me and she said she will give 0 stars if they don't accept to give her 50% off)
I went to this salon 2 times because of the convenience of getting my nails done after shopping. Both times I got a filling for acrylic nails and both times one or 2 nails broke within 24 hours of receiving the service. I’ve had acrylic on my nails for some time, and this is the only place where my nails have broken almost instantly. I’m very disappointed because with the exception of the nails that have broken after receiving service from this salon, all of my nails are natural. I’m annoyed more than anything else. I can not understand How the staff of this salon could be so unskilled in executing a basic nail service such as an acrylic filling. I do not recommend this salon to anyone with acrylic or gel nails. It clearly is too difficult a task for the nail techs at signature day spa!
My initial review after my first visit:
Such awful service, the people working there have no idea what they're doing my toes and nails looked messy and were rushed. Had to wait an hour for a manicure that took about 2 minutes. The place is also disgusting, should really be shut down. Also $40 for a mani pedi? Exorbitant prices for horrible quality.
me and my friend were told to come at 10 am but apparently their staff overslept... very unprofessional!!! We were one hour and a half late to our job. They rushed doing our nails .Because of that, my friend and my nails look very messy and crooked and horrible !!!! Adding to that, the next day one of the nails fell. This was my first time doing acrylic nails and I was so disappointed!!! We are planning to come back later to get a refund or get them fixed which I doubt they can’t because they suck
This is my second review after my first visit went very well so I went back for same services as before a pedicure and nail polish change : it was a disaster the owner the lady not the husband was not there and the young girls there were nasty to all customers not answering just looking at you like you are bothering them and wasting their time then talking about it in Spanish and laughing. It was horrible and the man who does the nails is just sitting there not doing anything about it. The only good one is the older Spanish lady who's the mother of one of the other 2. OMG it was a nightmare I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. And even when you are done and you say bye they don't reply so rude and they don't know what they're doing I bet they don't have experience period because one of them didn't know how to take the nail polish of my nails. My whole hand became red and her fingers were red it was not pretty. So my message to the owner : either be at your salon more often or hire a better worker. That's all. A total disappointment
