They also had a great deal on a big pack of batteries however they rang up wrong and I had to to go to to register right by where I picked up the batteries to get the right price. I don't blame the associate for this because the computers rule the world but I learned in the past you always have to watch everything rung up everywhere.

During payment the cashier guy asked me to have a card. I said if it is store card I can take it but repeatedly said that I don't want credit card. He said it is a store card, and while making an application he screwed. He gave a phone number o call. I said not necessary just paid and left. Then I saw in my credit history a hard inquiry I made from Sear. I don't understand Why they do this?

when you buy online, and cancel an order online you expect your money to be returned online. People order online for a reason don't they? This store is telling me I need to go in because they screwed up. yeah okay! I'm not happy. I will be taking my business somewhere else!
For what I was shopping for,I found a couple of good deals. I can't say anything about their pick up center for buying appliances there but I can tell you it's a pretty empty store right now finding someone seems to be pretty easy. There were more than enough people to help me. Kind of like a ghost town though.

Purchased a lawn mower craftsman professional on May 12 by June 15 it wasn't working. Called sears and they wouldn't do anything. I called 17 times the store in Wayne before someone answers!!! How is that possible. They wouldn't do anything and sent me to a repair center. Had it repaired and still isn't working. Called sears 22 times before someone answered!!!! They won't do anything, I have to go through a process and call corporate. I will never ever buy anything again from sears and I will make my job to tell everyone how bad this place is. The employees are rude and not customer focused. Manager drives policy not options for customers. The employees in this store are terrible. I have never seen such a disconnect towards how customers should be treated. Manager in lawn and garden has a terrible attitude. I watched him on 3 occasions how he interacts with customers. No wonder the employees don't care. Go online and see how many complaints about warranty problems as well.

I picked up a couple of Star Wars cheap Bluetooth speakers that were decent quality and were over twice the price on Amazon actually!
When we last visited they were setting up all new registers downstairs. The store is basically cut in half for the new Dave & Buster's that is moving in to the half that is walled off. Dave & Buster's will be taking over the outside of Sears where the garden department and tool section was. The tools are now upstairs so you will see Dave & Buster's from the outside.
