Last dress in the store, my size. Some beading was loose and they would not sell me the dress. That their seamstress wasn't there to fix it. I have a wedding tomorrow, drove an hour and a half with three small children. I'm always purchasing my children's clothing, shoes and things for myself and husband. They showed no empathy towards my situation or that fact that I drive that far to purchase from them. Never again, I felt horrible leaving a dress that fit me well and then embarrassed while I was told I couldn't purchase it in front other customers as if my business wasn't good enough.
I didn't find the coat that was on sell nor any coat that was similar to the one I wanted
Last minute Christmas shopping. Store was not that busy. The employee at the watch counter was not familiar with the brand's or how each type of watch worked. Prices were okay.
