Horrible experience!! The representative was sweet and nice at the beginning and when we inquired about baggage she said ALL THE CARRY ONS WERE INCLUDED in the fee except the check-in bags and it turns out that when we went to pick up our itinerary information she said sorry I NEVER SAID THAT, YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR CARRY ONS. It's $70 per carry on bag and we are a family of 4 traveling!! how do you expect me to come up with that money at the last minute??!!! These people have no shame and they'll do anything to get your money in and then surprise!!! Your carry ons are NOT included I NEVER SAID THAT!! They'll lie to you without any type of remarks. Ann was the person helping us, AVOID HER AT ALL COST!!!
