Bad bad very bad service. You are a totaly failure!
THEY ARE A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.
We called them several times but nobody came.
This was a COMPLETE DISASTER. We called several times, but no one showed up when we were waiting in 8 fahrenheit in a bad spot. We waited for nearly 2 hours in clifton new jersey.Hopefully the police came and stood behind us. He gave us other tow truck’s number and they did it. Please if you do not come when we are in bad situation do not this job then
My car’s right back tire blowed out on 21 north road clifton on december 29.we called you at 10:45 and you said that you are coming. The weather was 8 F. It was very cold. We called several times.We waited for you 2 hours and nobody came but the police. Police said that I can not let you stay here because you could have been killed or you would be frozed. then we called another tow truck and gave them $100 for towing. Also I will pay another $50 for repairing.So we have premium membership and is this what we got.You are totally dissapointing.
FAILURE!!!!! It is not worth to be a premium account or AAA member if you can not get any assist from them. This is what happened to me last night. I was stuck in a very bad spot middle of the city center-Road 21. We called AAA several times at around 10 pm. I was told they would be there as soon as possible. I trusted them and wait 30 min. Then, they called again and check my spot again. I again said how bad spot I was at. After 20 min. police came and he told me that I could not be staying here otherwise I would die. I said the exact things to AAA and again I was told they would be there as soon as possible. Then, NATURALLY police told me to call another tow service since AAA never showed up. I paid $100 to be towed. When I got home after almost 3 hours, AAA called me again and asked my spot again like a JOKE. I have been to many countries but this is the worst service I got by far.
