I became a member on November 30, 2017. I have not been able to attend even one time. I was just given access to the gym at work which is free. So I just went in to cancel my membership and they want to charge me an annual fee!!! This is absurd and ridiculous and what's worse is that no one wants to help. The poor kid Aldo, assistant manager supposedly, said he was the manager there and said he called the regional manager and got no answer but he called from his cell phone. Another person he was helping before me had a problem and he used the business phone. Also before I left I saw another male walk into the back fully dressed. Before I left I asked for the main manager and he said it was the guy that walked in the back. He clearly saw me sitting at one of the tables but didnt even try to talk to me or resolve the issue. I guess he would rather let the poor young kid deal with me than be a man and do his job and speak to me himself! I guess I'll have to wait and see if there even is a regional manager since when I called corporate they passed the buck and said that each location is individually owned and that they could not help me with any billing issues. What a waste!!! Never recommend that place to anyone!! When I first joined the young kid told me as long as I cancel by the first I would not have to pay the annual fee, I guess this place will say anything to get your money.
