It is Saturday morning and i am standing in a random line in the middle of the floor ar your old navy store i wayne nj. There is zero organization or management here. I was upstairs but the line is too long so i come downstairs to a row of registera that there is no one working nor ia there a sign posted directing your customers. I see people putting things down and walking out. I make my way to the "random line" where there were two of your employees ringing people up. As i stand in line one of your employees sees i have a big bag in my hand and an even bigger bag of new stuff to purchase she asks me if i have a return i answered yes and she directed me to the upstairs register. I said i will come back during week to return and will make my purchase today. I asked her whats going on here there is no direction here she said im sorry and shrugged. When it was my turn the one employee turns and walks away. So i asked the the young lady employee why did the other employee leave she said i dont know she is the manager.. all i have to say is wow!! Thats manager should have stepped up and taken care of me and the other customers in line. Her job should have been to make this experience better and make sure there would be a next time i would want tk shop here. No wonder the store is a mess. There is no management. I am a manager and would not allow my employees to treat my customers this way. I would expect my employees to use there listening skills and take ownership of each situation. Heads up old navy the manager u had working at your store today between 10-11:30 needs to be retrained or seperated from payroll. Talk about lack of leadership and down right laziness. Horrible experience!!! I will be sure to copy and paste this into YELP.
Why does Google Maps show this Old Navy as open? I looked for the closed Old Navy and I drove here only to find out it will open soon.
And up but downstairs are closed... no one telling you to go up stairs... no sign either. Saturday afternoon and, only 2 people ringing up despite a line going past the escalators...Seems for the amount of volume this store does they would design it more customer friendly.
The new store set up is horrible...Who ever designed it should be fired. Wait 10 mins to use the bathroom because there is only 2 now.. you need an employee to let you in, If you can find one.. 30 mins waiting to try on cloths with only 4 people in line. No one telling you thag you can use the one up stairs. Registers down stairs
I was returning items I bought off the website. 1 order there was no issue with and my card was refunded. Second order I did not have my packing slip but he was able to look it up. Unfortunately I was a few days past the 45 day return period and they would not return the items. I asked for the manager and my cashier stated he was the manager and said there was nothing he could do. Upon asking for another manager he called customer relations. In the end they gave me a refund for my product. I would have given them 5 stars had they resolved the issue without me getting upset and arguing and asking for managers.
This store is horrible, the cashiers are very rude and lack customer service, the little guy who works the register needs another training course or kicked off the pay roll , the managers ain’t no better just rude and disrespectful.....
