HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. Very disappointed with the employees and management.i went to return an item with the original receipt and they had told me my item had already been returned? When i explained that their was some kind of mistake because this was the only wallet i bought and the receipt was right there with it, the girl had asked if i bought another wallet, insinuating that i was trying to scam? The manager came over and said i couldn’t be refunded on my original payment and that i can only get a store gift card. How about you teach your employees how to properly make returns and knowledge them in all aspects of the computer and not just how to ring things up. The girl that had originally rang me up when i first purchased the item, had a HUGE problem with giving me a gift receipt for all the items because she was completely clueless how to do that and had to have multiple people help her out. I believe that the girl who originally rang me out for these orders didn’t properly give me a gift receipt but basically returned everything, accidentally and now i am unable to be refunded my original amount. Teach your employees how to PROPERLY use the computer or else it’s customers pay for it in the end.
