the worst rental in America I ever seen, both service and the quality of the truck. the engine light is on, they don't care. the fuel tank indicator don't point to the end, you could never fill it up, so they could charge you extra money. the service staff at the front desk were very hostile.
I booked my rental through the internet which made it very convenient as I could do it the day before. I booked expecting a model like Ford Fiesta, etc but got a focus instead which was great. I rented for a week got a great rate from them. It turned out that I needed to rent it for another week and all I had to do was call in and in a minute I was good for another week at the same rate. Fast simple service great!
rellay garbage company. you return the truck three hours late, they charge you the whole day money. sheer profiteering merchant
Sal at the Lincoln Park, NJ location on Rt 23 was excellent and very helpful setting me up with a vehicle while I and my family were in a dire situation after being broadsided on the highway just hours beforehand. I inadvertently reserved for the wrong day and he worked to find me a vehicle to get my family home some 360 miles away in Pittsburgh PA on a one-way rental when vehicles in the area where very hard to find. I appreciate his efforts greatly!!!

Would give less than one star if available. Had a reservation and when I went to pick up my vehicle they rudely told me they gave it to someone else and provided me with no alternative leaving me ass out. The upkeep was also was also terrible. AVOID IF POSSIBLE
