We made reservation and we went to get the car and we get surprised they said we can't rent car for tourist with international driver licence and visa debit card from bank of America and passport with 2years valid us Visa return fly ticket but they refused and we asked them to hold certain bet ($500 to $1000 ) amount from the account until we return the car but they said equifaxe and their bullshit...so we lost all the plan because of that ...saks

Absolute nightmare, made the mistake of bringing my SUV here for 4 tires and brakes, picked it up, air was leaking out of one of the valves, the brakes were locked, a day later, after hours of sitting on hold, being transferred to nowhere, I picked it up again. 2 days later all the air leaked out of the passenger front tire, another 1/2 day wasted, only to have the same problem. I was told I need a new wheel? on a 5 year old truck. Never again, nightmare, horribly run, no ones knows anything about your car, you have to re explain the situation 500 times, a totally junior run operation. Shame on you Sears.
