He helped us with our finances and worked out a financial plan that best fit our budget. We are about an hours drive from Paul Miller BMW however it is worth the drive and we will definitely buy cars from here in the future due to this great experience!
I just purchased a pre-owned 5 series on Friday and by far it is the best car buying experience. Rocco helped us, answer all our questions. He was never pushy or persuasive. We were there with our 4 year old and he always asking us if we needed anything. Frank was also very helpful he took us to the car and showed us all the cool features the car had. Marcelo in Finance was also very helpful and patient with us when discussing payment and different warranties. Overall Paul Miller BMW was a pleasure to do business with. I have already told many family members where to go for their next car. Being from Upstate NY I did not mind going all the way to Jersey for my beautiful car and great experience.
Tom Bonarrigo was an exceptional Sales Manager who in his polished nature ensured all the details of my purchase are addressed to complete satisfaction. Allen Heyman was my sales advisor who helped process the deal and ensured the delivery of my vehicle was seamless. Massachusetts has a unique way of managing registrations and plates but for Paul Miller and team this was not an issue.

"Well I can tell this car has been in a recent accident because of the damage to the front so it's not covered". I replied accident? I haven't been in a recent accident. Jose asked well maybe someone else was driving your car and got into an accident. Are you kidding me????? He repeated this over and over and I was furious. I absolutely had not been in a car accident recently. The accident well over 6 months ago BMW fixed. Jose texted me pics. How dare this guy not back down after the first time he asked. I was almost in tears defending the fact that I wasn't in a recent accident. Then when I said I'm calling BMW corporate to complain he said go ahead! I received the pictures and when I called back to say there's no damage exterior wise and ask Jose why he is accusing me of being in a recent car accident Jose then denied saying it!!!! Are you kidding me! My employees heard the entire conversation between me and Jose. I have never been so insulted and disrespected in my life having someone tell me something happened when it didn't then lie to cover it up. I'm nervous to even come in contact with Jose upon picking up my vehicle because he was so slimy and rude and confrontational. I would not feel comfortable ever doing business with Paul Miller BMW ever again because of this incident. Car still not fixed, no oil change done. And BMW Ramsey got me in first thing tomorrow to " Make this right". 12 year customer, 5 BMW's not including my fiancee's BMW's also. Never had any problems . Literally NOT ONE! Until now. I am in HR and Customer Service Senior Management. I know what Jose did today was an embarrassment to BMW and wrong. This how you loose customers.
It should also be highlighted that the services department was some of the best I have experienced in my 13 years of BMW ownership. Jose and Alexa were fantastic and I appreciate the level of communication.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had in customer service. I dropped my car of to Paul Miller BMW Wayne NJ on 11/9 for a headlight that was out and an routine oil change. I always go to BMW Prestige in Ramsey NJ . They are the Best. However because of time constraints and availability I decided to go to Paul Miller which is close to my home. Bad choice. Friday Jose the service advisor appointed to me calls and asks " Were you in an accident?" I replied yes about 6 + months ago. BMW Fixed my fender bender in the front why? Jose says" because I can see there's damage internally from that accident but don't worry everything is covered" fast forward to Tuesday 11/14. Jose calls and says
Great experience purchasing a 2016 CPO car from Paul Miller BMW. Painless process and will absolutely buy from them again in the future. Salesman Rob Mann was professional and efficient, and answered all of my questions. The Business Manager who did the closing did not give me the hard-sell on any extras and the closing went well. This is my 9th BMW and I cannot say enough positive things about the purchase. Will recommend them to my friends as well.
