I saw that someone put that this place is small & dirty. IT IS SMALL compared to some of the others but if you think about it less is best...LoL. DIRTY? I didn't see that at all...this place is pretty well kept & you can tell that the people take pride in their trailers & surrounding areas. The trailers aren't directly on top of one another either...there was decent spacing & yard area. Even though, I would prefer even more spacing...just one of MY preferences.

This place is not dirty they go out of there way to clean up plow snow or anything else you may need ...
Every time I drove through this place the residents were very friendly, smiling & waving, even the children.
Went to this place several times, all times of the day/night different days of the week.
This place is on my list of possibilities.
