I’m closing in on my 12th session at Oakland Spine in Wayne. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the selfless service provided by the hardworking staff, PTs, chiropractors & massage therapists. I was hesitant to attend for a variety of reasons mainly due to multiple bodily ailments. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the welcoming I’ve received since day one, and the same treatment I saw was made to all patients coming through the office doors. I’m extremely relieved to have dedicated professionals work consistently to help get rid of physical ailments. It’s truly special to feel as if I’ve become a part of this PT family because they truly care, have big pride in serving their patients with much knowledge & a smile. Music is always on during sessions, staff is positive and upbeat, equipment is always clean, and workers have mastered a good balance between professionalism and likability. I have never been to a facility like Oakland Spine! The doctors and staff are so friendly and care so much about their patients, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! My kids even LOVE getting adjusted (The cookies they have are just a bonus!). My 7 year old suffers from terrible allergies and getting her adjusted has helped her feel 10 times better! Best part...NO WAITING! When they say they have a no wait policy they are not kidding! Best care, best staff, I wouldn't take my family anywhere else!!!
After tearing my ACL for the second time, and subsequently having reconstructive surgery, I was concerned that my recovery would be considerably longer and potentially never progress to a level that I would be satisfied with. My concerns immediately dissipated after turning to Oakland Spine & Physical therapy on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne. I worked with Dr. Marissa Bush, in addition to a number of her associates and fellow doctors, and I could not be happier with the results. Working with the team at Oakland Spine & Physical Therapy was not only exceptionally pleasant on a personal level, but also on a professional level. Every person I worked with was overly welcoming and enjoyable to work with, in addition to being incredibly knowledgeable. To summarize, I enjoyed my time working with them and would recommend their services to my closest friends & family with out a doubt.
I have been going to the Wayne location for about a year. I previously was going to another local rehab place. I am so happy I made the change. The staff is great and very friendly. The facilities are top notch. I also just finished PT from a knee surgery. Now I'm going regularly for maintence. Definitely highly recommended!
