Server was excellent. Coffee was cold, appetizers horrible and fishy. Dinner was dry and over cooked. Manager took my meal off, offered to get me something else but I didn't want to wait any more. On a good note The Green Apple Moscato Sangria was Amazing.
Olive Garden stinks should inform or train their managers on electronic gift cards went there yesterday to use a e card, they would not except an e gift card that my daughter sent me for my birthday because it came from Florida & they couldn't enter the the conformation # they said it had letters & their computer would not allow them to enter numbers & (letters) That's so insane this was an idiot young uninformed manager. Left there very upset very!!! Never got dinner just walked out
My two sisters and my youngest brother I were taken to Olive Garden by my older brother who resides close by. This after flying in from Florida mourning by my oldest brothers death the last free days we just wanted to have a good meal and be together. We had to chase our server Donovan the entire time. Bring this, you forgot that, over and over again. We had to keep going up front to see about our beverages, bread, and how long was he going to take to return to our table to take our order. It wasn't busy in the least. I'm sorry if this is the type of service my brother has to put up with. Talked my sister in law who is a nurse practitioner out of bringing her employees here for Christmas lunch.
Food was OK prices were good service wasn't bad
Ordered 5 different meals in a to go order which should have included salads for each. At pick up, the lady told me that I only get 4. I insisted that I ordered 5 different entrees but instead of verifying my order, she said that I was wrong. I paid, went to my car and saw the breakdown on the receipt. I then realized that I was missing a soup and a salad. I took my receipt back in and she gave me the soup and salad but was not very happy. I came back to the office to enjoy my meal only to be disappointed that the request to leave off the bacon on the chicken and shrimp carbonara was never fulfilled. So after all that, I did not get to enjoy my lunch because of all the bacon in my entree. I will definitely not return or recommend anyone. Highly dissatisfied!!
