HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE! The manager was beyond rude to me and my friend when I went into the store trying to figure out why it was taking a month for my diamond bracelet to get links removed. She kept turning her back on me in the middle of talking as if she couldn't hear me talking. I felt so disrespected. Long story short the bracelet came back a month later UN REPAIRED. So I returned it and brought my business else where. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced.
