Dr. Rupani is fabulous. She is resolving all of my many dental issues with the highest level of care, thoroughly explains procedures, provides services painlessly and with empathy. This level of professionalism is consistent throughout this office. The staff is always helpful. I haven't been this comfortable in a dental office for as far back as I can remember.
Dr. Rupani was very nice and ensured that I was not in pain. She paid attention to detail in order to make sure everything was fine when getting my crown for tooth.
I absolutely love this office because the staff is so sweet. They have a group of highly talented dentists and hygienists who truly care about their people. It’s also an added bonus that they have amazing technology.
BE AWARE...DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I saw Dr. Rupani awhile ago and she was a terrible dentist who tried selling me things I did not need (braces and veneers?). I unfortunately did a filling she recommended and after giving me a couple of very painful shots she did my filling. I went back with sensitivity in the tooth and was told by her it was fine but a week later it fell out! I ended up going to another dentist who fixed it with no problems and has been fine since. When I called the office to let them know the manager Lori was so rude and very unprofessional.
Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Overall I was satisfied with visit and dental service.
Had a great experience here for myself and my 3 year old son. His cleaning and checkup went great and the staff was amazing with him. I had a deep cleaning, x-rays and a filling done and the whole experience put me at ease regarding going to see the dentist. The location is scenic and the office is clean with new state of the art equipment. I'd recommend any adult and child go here for any dental related service. 5 stars all day!
