Awful. Never properly staffed. Always a long line and something is always broken - this time it was the ATM.
The issue I have is the same with all Bank Of America's locations. Not enough staff and this causes long waits. I get it you want everyone to do online banking or use atms. When you need a real person shouldn't have such a long wait.
